I’m Arthur Eli Rodriguez, co-founder of Mi Casa Tequila and a people leader in the world of AI at Tesla. My journey has been anything but ordinary. From exploring the depths of personal transformation to building a successful business, my path has always been guided by a mix of passion, adventure, and a deep connection to something greater than myself.

My work takes me from the boardrooms of Tesla to the agave fields of Mexico. Crafting tequila is not just a business for me; it’s an art form that connects me to my roots and allows me to share something truly special with the world. Traveling to Mexico several times a year to oversee production, I ensure that every bottle of Mi Casa Tequila embodies the quality, and craftsmanship that’s close to my heart.

When I’m not in the fields or distilleries, I’m working on cutting-edge projects at Tesla, helping shape the future of AI.

Beyond business, my life has been a spiritual journey. From a pivotal moment in my youth where I faced darkness head-on, I’ve learned the importance of faith and transformation. My experiences have led me to a deeper understanding of purpose, something I bring into all aspects of my life—whether it’s mentoring others, working with AI, or crafting tequila.
